Real practitioners can tell you their process. They don’t have to give you a step-by-step guide with pictures (and shouldn’t), but they won’t shy away from letting you know shit like how they protect themselves and their clients, what happens during a session, and what you should expect after.
They’re not hiding behind mystery and woowoo buzzwords, because they actually know wtf they’re doing, and they want you to be able to make a fully informed decision as to whether you wanna work with them.
